Ingredients
one rib slab
1/4 cup of unseasoned meat tenderizer (salted)
1/4 cup of chili powder
1/4 cup of cayenne pepper
Directions
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and ribs and pat dry.
Step 2
Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of the slab.
Step 3
Sprinkle both sides of the slab with chili powder. (optional) do the same with the cayenne pepper.
Step 4
Preheat oven for 275. Place in oven for 3 1/2 hours. (to seal in natural juices, wrap in aluminum foil)
