4 cups self rising flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp accent
2 tbsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
1 pack sazon
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt

Step 1.
Clean 4/5 lbs of Chicken with lemon white vinegar and water.
Step 2.
Sprinkle chicken with all suggested seasonings and set aside.
Step 3.
Add all wet batter seasonings in a bowl and set aside.
Step 4.
Mix all dry batter ingredients in a bag and shake.
Step 5.
Dip seasoned chicken in wet batter, move to dry batter and shake in bag. Set all aside on a baking sheet.
Step 6.
Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees and cook for 12-15 minutes. use a meat thermometer 170 175 internal temperature.

(Pork Chop Seasoning)
4-5 Thin Chops
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
(Dry Seasoning)
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Seasoning salt
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Directions
Step 1.
Batter seasoned chops with dry flour mixture and place in half filled skillet of hot (350 degrees) peanut oil. Allow to cook on one side from 7-10 minutes, and the other side from 2-4 minutes. Remove from oil. Enjoy after cooling.
